Goods Record

The minimum weight per item is 0.1kg. If it is less than 0.1kg, it counts as 0.1kg. The volumetric weight is measured by the dimension.

If the unit in a consolidated order is less than 1kg, it will count as 1kg.

Example:
If the consolidated weight is 12.3kg, it will count 13kg.

Volume Calculation Method:
LengthxWidthxHeight÷6000(cm)=KG

One Star: One Star Member: Length×Width×Height(cm)÷6000
Two Stars:Two Stars Member: Length×Width×Height(cm)
Three Star: Three Stars Member: Length×Width×Height(cm)

Four Star: Four Stars Member: Length×Width×Height(cm)

Remarks:
If the total lengths of 3 sides is not more than 90cm, it will only count actual weights, not volume weight.

Comparing between the actual weight and volume weights to take the large figure for fee calculation

Example:
1.Dimension 30×50×60÷6000=15kg,Goods Actual Weight 10kg，the system will take the volume weight of 15k for fee calculation.

2.Dimension 30×50×60÷6000=15kg,Goods Actual Weight 20kg，the system will take 20kg for the fee calculation.

Specific Method

Suggest:
1. You might ask the seller about your parcel’s dimensions and the direct shipping fee to Hong Kong. The delivery fee may be cheaper if the seller has considered the logistic cost in the mark-up.
2. We suggest asking the supplier to wrap it smaller. It is often that the supplier used a large box for shipping, while the goods inside is very small. It will waste the logistic costs.
