Carriage Contract
Guangdong Xinhang Trans-border E-commerce Logistics Co., Ltd. primarily provides cargo consolidation services and related logistics services (hereinafter referred to as the Company).
Users must agree to and comply with the following rules and conditions when using the Company's services. The Company shall not be liable for delays, loss, destruction, or confiscation of goods caused by force majeure events: war, civil unrest, adverse weather conditions, flight delays, road accidents, typhoons, fires, floods, major transportation incidents, large-scale natural and man-made disasters. The Company also assumes no responsibility for confiscation of goods due to circumstances beyond its control, or due to the fault of the sender or customer.
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect or unintended losses arising from delays or loss of goods during delivery:
1. In case of damage or loss of goods during courier delivery, all compensation shall be governed by the courier company's standards, and the customer shall bear the loss;
2. Delays in delivery due to customs inspection, weather conditions, or confiscation by customs do not constitute grounds for refund of delivery charges, and the Company shall not compensate for related losses;
3. In the event that final delivery is impossible, all costs for removal and handling of goods incurred by Xinhang International Warehouse shall be borne by the customer.
The Company shall be exempt from liability for delays, delivery errors, and loss of goods due to the following reasons:
1. Customer errors: incorrect or incomplete address, wrong telephone number, changes in recipient information, delivery to regions not covered, etc.;
2. Sending goods that violate national regulations: flammable, explosive, polluting, corrosive, toxic substances, dangerous powders and liquid reagents, and other dangerous goods;
3. In the event that final delivery is impossible, all costs for removal and handling of goods incurred by Xinhang International Warehouse shall be borne by the customer.
The Company shall be exempt from liability for delays, delivery errors, and loss of goods due to the following reasons:
1. Customer errors: incorrect or incomplete address, wrong telephone number, changes in recipient information, delivery to regions not covered, etc.;
2. Sending goods that violate national regulations: flammable, explosive, polluting, corrosive, toxic substances, dangerous powders and liquid reagents, and other dangerous goods;
3. Losses due to lack of declaration or improper packaging by the sender. Since the Company carries out consolidation and delivery of combined shipments, if packaging is insufficient, does not meet safe transport requirements, or there is no warning about fragile, valuable, and special goods, all material and legal liability rests with the customer.
