Free Upstairs Delivery & Sign-Off Consolidated goods are delivered and signed for upstairs for free, provided there is direct elevator access, free parking, and a hand trolley/forklift can directly push the goods into the elevator. Goods delivery to door only serves up to the unit entrance and does not enter the unit.

Handling Fee Policy 1Any single side of a single item measures 1.8 meters or more 2Actual weight of a single item reaches 40KG or more 3Total weight of the consolidation order exceeds 100KG (except in industrial/commercial areas where a pallet truck can directly push the pallet into the elevator) If any of the above criteria is exceeded, the entire order must be handed over to the customer at the curbside downstairs. If passage through stairways is required to reach the elevator lobby, upstairs delivery is not included. If upstairs delivery is required, an upstairs handling fee will be charged. Goods delivery to door only serves up to the unit entrance and does not enter the unit. (Upstairs fees are calculated based on item size and weight. You may provide product packaging dimensions and weight in advance and contact customer service for a quotation.)

Delivery Requiring Parking Lot Entry If delivery requires entering a parking lot, parking fees at the lot must be paid by the recipient, or choose curbside sign-off without entering the parking lot.

Prohibited Items Items prohibited from circulation or mailing by national laws and regulations are forbidden:
All mineral resource-related items, charcoal, rare earth, cigarettes, firearms, liquids, powders, explosive, flammable, corrosive, radioactive and toxic substances; Various currencies/valuables such as: gold, jewelry; perishable items; electronic cigarettes; Live animals or plants, improperly packaged items that may endanger personal safety, contaminate or damage other mail equipment.

Consolidation Declaration Requirements When submitting consolidation, members shall correctly fill in the item name in Chinese as much as possible. Our company shall not be held responsible for any consequences such as customs seizure caused by missing or incorrectly filled-in item names, and reserves the right to pursue legal liability.

Order Cut-Off & Working Hours Submit and pay for your order before 5:00 PM for same-day dispatch. No dispatch on Saturdays and public holidays; normal dispatch on Sundays.

Order Restrictions Maximum 60 items per order submission. Minimum delivery fee per order is RMB 40 (except for self-pickup orders). Mainland warehouse provides 180 days of free storage.
