Lost Parcel Handling Plan
1. Coverage only includes shipment from Xinhang (Dongguan) consolidation to the customer-designated address.
2. Does not cover the domestic (seller) shipment to the Xinhang International (Dongguan) consolidation warehouse.
3. In case of lost items, you must contact our customer service via WHATSAPP or Wangwang within 72 hours after signing for verification.
4. Late declarations will be considered as completed delivery by our company and will not be accepted further.
5. If the provided information is complete, our company will review and decide whether compensation is required. For each consolidated order (i.e., combined order), the maximum compensation limit is RMB 1000.
6. Since Xinhang International's legal liability shall not exceed the compensation limit, customers who wish to have more protection for their shipped items should purchase additional relevant insurance for the shipped items at their own expense.
7. In case of any dispute, our company reserves the right of final decision.
Compensation Claim Details and Procedure
1. Keep the outer packaging bag when signing and take a photo (with clear waybill number), then turn the inner side of the outer packaging bag inside out and take another photo, as some items are too thin or small and may be attached to the inner side of the outer packaging bag.
2. If you find the outer packaging bag damaged or suspected to have been opened upon signing, be sure to note "Damaged Packaging" or "Missing Items" on the delivery receipt. If not noted, it will be considered normal signing, and the courier company and our company will no longer provide any compensation or processing afterwards.
3. If the lost item is counterfeit or prohibited goods, no compensation will be given, including customs confiscation. Our company reserves the right to pursue legal action.
4. Compensation claims must provide the following information to be processed; incomplete information will not be processed:
( 1 ) The courier tracking number of the item
( 2 ) Proof: packaging photos (must follow the guidelines in item 2 above)
( 3 ) Screenshot of purchase proof (must show the page belonging to that tracking number and include the actual payment amount)
5. After the compensation case is confirmed, it generally takes about 5 working days to complete the compensation.
6. All compensation amounts are settled in RMB and refunded to the BBGO wallet or Alipay transfer.
* All submitted compensation information must be reviewed by our company, and the review result shall be subject to our company's final decision, with no objection from the customer.
Damage Prevention Plan
1. Good outer packaging: Ensure the shipped item is properly packaged in a packaging container with sufficient durability and strength to protect it from damage during transportation, such as using a sturdy box and securing the outer box with a wooden frame to ensure it can withstand certain pressure.
2. Good inner packaging: Ensure the interior of the packaging is equipped with shockproof materials, and each fragile item should be individually wrapped with sufficient thickness of foam or bubble wrap and other shockproof materials.
3. Both inner and outer packaging must have sufficient durability, strong toughness, and adequate thickness of protective materials.
4. Warning labels: Ensure that warning labels such as "Handle with Care - Fragile", "Fragile", "Handle with Care" are affixed in Chinese at conspicuous places on the outer packaging. For items that are easily damaged by bending, "Do Not Bend" warning labels should be added to prevent damage.
